Then the ward Christmas Party, complete with the 12 Pains of Christmas (a very funny skit!)...

and a visit from Ol' Saint Nick himself...(of which my girls would not sit on his lap!)
Then it was on to our home family Christmas party. With lots of family...
Games...
and of course Santa himself, complete with sleigh and all.
While most of the children ran to his side, Megan and Haley ran to their room and locked themselves in - one day they will figure out that they need to sit on his lap to get the good stuff. Oh well...
Yesterday was the annual trip to the Mesa Temple to see the lights and view the Nativity, always so well done and of course my children HAD to see the movie "Luke II" and this time I overheard Paige explaining to Kate who all the people were in the movie. I love it when your children teach what they have been taught!

You sure crammed a lot into December! :) I love that Megan and Haley locked themselves in their rooms!!!! Imagining it makes me laugh! Hope the big day was as good as you anticipated. Happy Holidays to one of our favorite (and the most funny we know!) families. :)
