Green With Envy

Every year I say I am not going to make a big deal out of St. Patricks Day - yeah right, just got to do something for every holiday (Hallmark and otherwise!) So, here's what we did. Thank you Wendy for putting it over the top this year too!

Pin the Shamrock on the Rainbow!

A G-rated version of "Quarters".

Sweet Pork Tacos with Green Ranch Sauce (another version of Corned Beef and Cabbage!)

We do love our Tacos!

And of course the "Pot of Gold at the end of the Rainbow" cupcakes!

Yummy!

After looking at other blogs today, I have decided to start a Holiday Happenings Book.  You all look like you had so much fun on a silly little holiday!

You raise the bar for us other moms for sure!!! We wore green shirts (and when I say we I mean Madison got her, Lauren and Emmy all dressed in green shirts as I sat on the couch being sick!) and did absolutely nothing fun. Your kids will have such fun memories!!! I love the cupcakes!!! :)

How in the world do you make rainbow cupcakes? Those are cool! My kids all want to move in with you. Their aunts are way more fun! Loved the update! The kids looked so cute in their green outfits. I know I said this before, but I sure LOVE Paige's glasses. Love you!

Celebrations wouldn't be the same without you! Your cupcakes look just like the magazine! Someday it will be Cooking with Kim! It has a nice ring to it! I love the header and their pictures. I love them like my own!

I keep saying it and someday I'm really gonna do it...you have the best holiday celebrations and I WILL crash one one of these days!

And Kian hadn't hurt himself yet when you saw him last. He waited until after t-ball so he wouldn't miss it. He's got his priorities lined up perfectly! ;)

Very cute! I had fun scrapbooking with your mom a few weeks ago. Love the baseball pictures - we are still buried in snow and baseball season doesn't start until the middle of May up here, but I can't wait!

See, it is just so worth it. The kids need that tradition, and obviously you love it too! I love stealing ideas from you Kim. You are a fun mom.
