We've Got Spirit

This week was spirit week at our school.  Monday was Hawaiian day (no pictures).  We don't have much, just a few flowers so it was a no big deal day.  Tuesday was twin day.  Paige and her sweet friend spent about 30 minutes on the phone trying to decide how to dress.  I watched Paige run back and forth from the laundry room to her closet choosing the exact items all the while talking and giggling with her friend.  I had to laugh a little at the excitement she was having - then panic set in as I started to think about the upcoming teenage years!

Wednesday was nerd day.  Again, no pictures, Paige and Megan decided to sit this one out.  Haley and Nathan did their best by tucking their shirts into their pants and hiking them up.  They were just too darn cute to be nerdy though.

Thursday was sports day and my kids did their dad proud parading all our Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim paraphernalia. (like how I added the WHOLE name?)  I'm thinking a spring training game is in order.

 Finally Friday.  Crazy hair day.  A much anticipated and talked about day around here.  The girls have been trying out various styles all week, talking about how and what to do with their hair and of course making sure Nathan gets his crazy enough too.  They even started to worry about their cousin Cole who has short hair and tried to come up with something for him as well. Hey, with three girls in the family, hair plays a vital part in our daily routine.  This is what they came up with, and I didn't even need to get up an hour early to pull it off! It was fun to see them have some fun planning outfits and hair all week. Now it's back to the same old same old.
