It's crazy to think that 12 years ago I was holding a tiny little girl, crying, (me, not her) wondering what was next. Is anyone else old enough to remember the Mormon commercial of "Julie Through the Looking Glass"?
Okay, a little cheesy, but still, I remember the same feelings looking at my tiny new little girl in my arms. Now she's 12, a young woman, growing up way too fast. Wearing grown up clothes, mascara, earrings...going to Junior High...going to mutual!
She chose peach cobbler for her birthday dessert! Funny girl.

So hard to believe that ALL your kids are growing up so fast. It seems so not long ago we could pile them all in one car and head to California. Now, they are in scouts, young womens and activity days. There are so many great things ahead of them and I am glad I am back so I get to be a part of it!
she is and always will be my special buddy. I can remember the day she was born...seriously burned into my head. But seriously, love her so much. she's such a special young woman.
