Thanksgiving was spent in 29 Palms, CA this year...minus the camera. It was a wonderful holiday. We were there longer than usual and we loved every minute of it! Eric, Hudson and Gavin joined us on Friday morning and the fun really took off! Hours were spent scouring the desert with Grandma's metal detector. Some of the items found included a ski mask, a nut and bolt (said to be Grandpa's missing one - hehehe!), mattress, half of a hot tub, a shoe and an old money pouch with Uncle Eric's football season printed on it! We ate way too much good food, played several games of "Pluck the Turkey", Thanksgiving Bingo, and "Don't Eat Tom". The girls lucked out and got to watch movies on Grandma's bed while the boys watched football in the other room, and I lucked out with a set of beautiful china to add to my collection! It was a fun long weekend. We were definitely spoiled and very blessed!
One activity that actually got photo journal-ed was the boys' trip up to Joshua National Park.
The boys spent half the day climbing, hiking, and a little complaining...:) They came home filthy, tired and with Foster Freeze shakes (best part in my mind!).
We loved every minute of being there. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Gray!!!

We drove right through there once...on accident. ;)
I'm glad you had such a nice time. I talked to Nathan the day before you left and he seemed so excited to be going on that trip. Besides, you Grays are so much fun that you can make anything wonderful...even Joshua trees.
We missed you this year, but are ok with sharing :) glad you had a great time, next year, more pictures please!!!
