Christmas was quiet this year. Just our small group of six on a lazy Christmas morning. I think I'm liking this older group of kiddos on Christmas morning. We all slept until well after 7:00 a.m. and slowly creeped out of our warm beds to find the haul Santa had left. THEN the giddiness began, oh, and the kiddos were super excited too!
Super excited about the PoGo stick...they're just "hopping" to try it out! hehehe
Grandma Gray treated us with passes to Sea World this year. Being Disneyland Kids, this was sure exciting and new for us! So, not wanting to waste anytime, we packed up the motorhome and headed west to partake in this fun gift!
It was the PERFECT day to be in San Diego! The sun was shinning, the was a slight breeze so not to get too hot and all the animals performed perfectly!
We dragged Grandma Dunyon, Sarah, Luke and Sam with us and that made the day perfect. Sea World isn't as close as Disneyland to us, so Grandpa couldn't come join at the end of the day, and that was the only thing missing from our great new adventure.
Is it bad to say we were all hoping for some really great seafood, but ended up eating burgers instead? One thing Disney has over Sea World...they have better food. If there was one negative about the day, we were very disappointed about our dinner selection (okay we're Disney snobs), but he company made up for anything lacking and it ended up being a fantastic day! Thanks Grandma Gray!

What a fun gift idea! You guys are going to have a blast. And you'll all be so informed on sea life...you can wow us with all you learn!
Ugh! I hear you about the food. Sea World doesn't have the best options. We always sneak food in for during the day, and then leave the park for dinner.
