We chose to celebrate St. Patrick's Day a new way this year. I took the clan to Fountain Hills to watch the giant fountain turn green.
We fed the ducks,
had popsicles, listened to some bagpipes and other Irish Jigs, got sprayed with green slimmy water and came home. We will do it again next year, definitely!
Of course, what would a holiday be without the food. Here is what we ate, and ate, and ate, and it tasted good even if it was green.

How cool! Green fountain! Awesome. Love the green food too...yummy!
I am GREEN with envy of your St. Patrick's Day celebration! I would have loved to be a part of that....stinky strep throat had to curse our house....Next year, more fun, more green, more everything!
Fun! I remember Aimee talking about that last year and totally forgot! Looks like fun. And that green ice cream concoction is the best looking green food I've ever seen! If I get to eat that on St Patrick's Day then I want everyday to be St Patrick's Day!!!!!
Ha! See, were were there this year but on the park side. We got there early and too all the space on the grass with a bunch of comforters and laid out while our kids ran rampant. It was awesome! Glad you had fun!!
