Loud & Proud

Each Spring Benjamin Franklin Charter School hosts a wonderful family picnic dinner and concert.  This year, all three of the girls got to participate (so did Nathan if you count singing along in the audience).  We sat and had dinner and a show on the most perfect evening ever.  I might even go as far as to say I could have used a sweater...just perfect.  The girls did great, as usual, and Jeff and I couldn't have been more proud of our budding performers.

Despite the looks on their faces, they really did have a great time.  They look forward to this all year long.  And as a special treat, Cole goes to the same school and we got to watch him as well.
The best part is the end...when they all sing "50 Nifty United States".  Partly because they are all so animated and partly because after they perform it, I don't have to listen to it again for a whole year!
As a side note, I am adding this picture because it is just perfect, the look on Wendy's face of the view directly in front of her.  Lizzy kept saying something about the hair and Wendy had to keep "shushing" her.  Great night!

I love it when I say "Oh, it is almost just a little bit too cold. I need a hoodie" And that is when I know there is now where else I would rather bet. That little bit too chilly wether is just right!

Love the pic of Wendy! And isn't it nice to have sweet little toddlers around to embarrass us with their incredibly LOUD whispers?! Love it!
