Each Spring Benjamin Franklin Charter School hosts a wonderful family picnic dinner and concert. This year, all three of the girls got to participate (so did Nathan if you count singing along in the audience). We sat and had dinner and a show on the most perfect evening ever. I might even go as far as to say I could have used a sweater...just perfect. The girls did great, as usual, and Jeff and I couldn't have been more proud of our budding performers.
The best part is the end...when they all sing "50 Nifty United States". Partly because they are all so animated and partly because after they perform it, I don't have to listen to it again for a whole year!

50 nifty united states...now I am singing it...thanks a lot! Love that they are singing in public now, what a fun night! Next year I think I'll have to come out for it! :0
oops that was me!!
Seriously - could you have gotten a worse picture of me? It WAS a great night and the kids LOVE going to school with yours and I love being a part of every activity!
I love it when I say "Oh, it is almost just a little bit too cold. I need a hoodie" And that is when I know there is now where else I would rather bet. That little bit too chilly wether is just right!
Love the pic of Wendy! And isn't it nice to have sweet little toddlers around to embarrass us with their incredibly LOUD whispers?! Love it!
