St. Patrick's Day bright and early found us dressed in green, attending a St. Patrick's day parade in Phoenix. Each year I have read about this on a a sweet friend's , and this year we coaxed them into letting us lowly Englishmen attend with them. We sat, blew horns, checked out the floats and dancers and ate, (I mean really, what would a holiday be without the food?). It was a great time with great friends. Afterwards we headed to Sweeties to check out their Easter candy and make our wish lists. It was a great morning.
Finally, at home we just relaxed and prepared for our "green" dinner. Although we like cabbage, you will not find it here. Only sweet pork tacos, green foamy drinks and green zebra pie. It was tasty and just a great day all together.
