Blue Moon

I learned what the saying "once in a blue moon" means, and it has nothing to do with the Smurfs.  It is when a full moon appears twice in one month.  That's just what it did in September and Jeff was determined to see the second showing.  We loaded up the kids and a few neighbor kids too, and headed into the foothills of Queen Creek.  I'm not great at night time pictures, but here's what we got.

The kiddos had fun running around the hills. Jeff and I just had fun watching them. This Blue Moon definitely was not standing alone tonight.
