My poor deprived children have never had anything other than beautiful costumes made with great skill and love by their grandmother. I felt so sorry for them! I was a little surprised when they ALL asked for a "store bought" costume this year. Thank goodness for eBay! What kind of life have a sheltered my children from? I mean really. I know my mom was grateful, but a little something inside me died this year knowing I was sending my monkeys out in purchased dress-ups. Oh well...they still were the cutest kids on the block, in my opinion anyway.
Halloween morning started of scary and ended up with sweet friends and fun food!
And then of course our ward had to go Above and Beyond with the Trunk or Treat...
So, even though it's 3 days before Thanksgiving, I just wanted to remember what a fun October we had. My goodness, how time flies.

I love all those luscious ruby red lips your girls are sporting! My lips are way too thin (and my skin way too pastey which as the Urban dictionary defines it means: being so white that you reflect light or temporarily blind people) to pull that look off. :)
